All of our shipping rates are based on the approximate weight of the package and include a small surcharge to cover the cost of packing materials and handling. For example, posters which require a shipping tube will incur an additional charge and the packing material associated with shipping seeds might significantly increase the weight of an individual seed package. All orders received by noon PST are shipped within two business days. We do not guarantee arrival of any package within a specific period of time, but we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we will contact you if there is any problem that may prevent your order from arriving when you expect it.
For Standard shipping, orders will usually be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We will select the best carrier depending upon the package destination unless you specify a preference when you place your order. For more specific information, please consult the rate charts below.
We're sorry, but due to fraud concerns we do not offer shipping to countries other than the United States and Canada via our website. If you would like to arrange an international shipment or make any other special shipping arrangements, please contact us. We will make every effort to work with you toward a successful transaction. Please understand that we can not guarantee delivery on orders shipped by non-trackable international mail carriers and the risk with these sorts of delivery options is born by the customer.
